COVID-19 - Working from home

As part of their “Plan B measures” to help tackle a surge in cases of the new Omicron variant of COVID-19, the government has advised people to work from home where possible, with a warning that additional measures may follow if the situation worsens.

Whilst many people will be prepared with lessons learned from the previous pandemic lockdowns, for the assurance of a robust and dependable link, many others will be looking for solutions to improve their internet connection. For large households there may be a requirement for the connection to support multiple adults working from home as well as providing entertainment for children; should the situation deteriorate, many parents will also be considering the potential of a return to home schooling in the New Year.
